Jay Z Pretends to Propose to Beyonce at 2014 Met Gala

Jay Z liked it last night. So the rapper tried to put a ring on it

Again.

Walking the red carpet of the 2014 Costume Institute Gala in New York City on Monday, Beyonce dropped a ring off her right finger.

But before the singer could pick it up, her doting husband did
the deed... and then cracked up everyone in the vicinity by pretending to propose to his Queen B! See what we mean here, GIF style:

 Beyonce wore a crystal-studded Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisci custom gown for the event, while her Jay Z went with a white grain de poudre jacket and black tux pants, also by Givenchy Haute Couture.

This lovable, famous couple will be headlining the On the Run tour together this summer.
